Andrea, Dental Patient Care Coordinator
Andrea has worked with Dr. Radz since 2003 in his general/cosmetic dental office as his patient care coordinator. Her dedication to customer service is unparalleled. She prides herself on taking the time to provide the extra attention every patient needs to guide them through the process of getting the healthy, attractive smiles they deserve. She is committed to making sure that each patient feels comfortable and understands every step of their treatment, including their financial/insurance options.
Over the years, Andrea has completed continuing education to gain a better understanding of sleep disorders and the insurance process so that she is able to provide our patients with the best information available. We are excited to have someone of Andrea’s experience on our team!
Ali, Insurance Coordinator
Ali has been part of the dental world for over a decade, and she’s enjoying her time working with our team and community. A graduate of Brigham Young University, her favorite part of her job is helping patients understand their insurance coverage and making sure everything runs smoothly for their dental experience.
Originally from Concord, NC, Ali is married to her husband, they have four adult children, and they enjoy hanging out with their two golden doodles. She also likes golfing, Pilates, trying new cuisines, and traveling with her husband anywhere with a beach. While she’s lived in Castle Rock for more than 20 years, she still considers herself a Carolina girl.
Karen, Dental Assistant
Karen has been with us since 2023, and she says that the most rewarding part of her job is helping patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles while making their treatment experience as positive as possible. She loves connecting with our patients to make them comfortable with their dental treatment.
Outside of dentistry, Karen likes to go to the gym with her boyfriend and watch movies/TV shows together. She grew up on a farm where the family raised all sorts of animals, including horses, goats, chickens, and sheep. Fun fact: Karen can speak two languages (English and Spanish) and is currently working on her third!
Danielle, Dental Assistant
Danielle has over a decade of experience in the dental field. She gets to work with a variety of patients and does many different tasks each day, which she says keeps her job fun and interesting. She earned her dental assisting certificate at The American School of Dental Assisting and has experience with restorative procedures, endodontics, and oral surgery.
Danielle’s entire family lives in Colorado, and she always finds time to spend with them (especially her three nieces). Her hobbies include working out, hiking, running, reading, and going to breweries with her husband.
